On August 8, 1991, Rob Swift of The X-Men (who later became The X-ecutioners), first appeared on the Stretch and Bobbito show. In 1997, the turntablist group released their debut album X-Pressions. The following year, the legendary DJ pursued a solo career and dropped The Albist. The Queens native has collaborated with artists such as Jay-Z, Linkin Park, and Herbie Hancock. Rob Swift shared his incredible experiences of how the radio show sparked his career for our film.
